Elite Braids Salon Policies

1. Please arrive on time for your appointment.
2. Clients more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule.
3. No-call/no-show appointments may be restricted from future bookings.
4. Hair should arrive clean and ready for service.
5. Only clients receiving services are allowed in the styling area.
6. Children must be supervised at all times.
7. Payment is due when services are completed.
8. All clients and staff must be treated with respect.
9. No smoking, vaping, alcohol, or illegal substances are permitted on the premises.
10. Service concerns must be reported within 3 days of the appointment.

1. Respect the salon, its staff, and its clients.
2. Keep all salon areas clean and organized.
3. Follow all salon policies and procedures.
4. Management reserves the right to refuse service and update policies as needed.
